 | Chocolate Sprinkles & Caramel Sprinkles
Here we offer chocolate cake sprinkles in all sorts of shapes and sizes. We've chocolate buttons in a wide variety of colours and flavours, chocolate shavings, and chocolate vermicelli (strands)- plus a number of shaped chocolate sprinkles including hearts and stars.

Vermicelli are small cylinders made from either sugar or chocolate. Vermicelli is crunchy and sweet, and simple to apply- just sprinkle onto a soft icing. Perfect for kids to use when decorating cupcakes, vermicelli is also great on ice cream and desserts. Vermicelli is low cost and goes a long way- every baker's cupboard should have some! |

 | Sugar Balls and Mimosa
What the heck are Mimosa? They're small balls of hard sugar, around 8mm in diameter, and textured so the surface is patterned. They taste just a tiny bit of aniseed, but mostly of sugar, and they're ideal for decorating cupcakes, desserts or ice cream! Beware- they're really hard- don't try to crunch one!

 | Edible Icing Figures & Shapes
This section contains icing figures, sugar hearts and other edible icing decorations including seasonal items- icing chicks, sugar Santas, and more! Sugar figures make cake decorating quick and simple- just pop one on top of the cake or icing for an instant result! These decorations have a long shelf life so provided they're kept dry they can be popped in a cupboard for future use.

 | Magic Sparkles- Edible Cake Glitter!
Magic Sparkles are a fine shimmery film, completely edible, which is crushed into flakes for use as a cake decoration. They shimmer and sparkle a little like glitter, although they're not so fine- you can however crush Magic Sparkles using a pestle and mortar or between two spoons to make the flakes smaller. They're completely digestible and safe to eat, but don't add a flavour to the cake, just a colour.
Magic Sparkles are available in two ranges- standard and natural. Standard Magic Sparkles use artificial colours, while the natural ones of course only use natural colours. Both come in pots of 1.5g which doesn't sound a lot, but because Magic Sparkles are so fine there's lots in the pot- enough for 12 cupcakes or two larger sponges per pot. |

 | Non Toxic Cake Glitter- standard colours
These Non Toxic glitters are great for decorating show cakes and demonstration cakes, but we do not recommend they are consumed. Most commonly used by sprinkling over cakes and icings, it's possible to create more intricate designs by blending glitter colours together and using a brush or stencil to apply the glitter to the cake. The glitter can be combined with icing sugar and dusted over a finished cake to give an effect like freshly fallen snow. More detail can be achieved by using a fine pointed paint brush to apply edible glitter in specific patterns.
We recommend using a white or purple holographic colour with white icing for a snowy look, or a deep purple, dazzleberry or firebrand goes really well on a dark chocolate. All our glitter is totally tasteless so it can be used on items which have a delicate flavour without problem.

 | Non Toxic Cake Glitter- Neon Colours
In this section you'll find an array of dazzling neon colours of cake glitter. Bright, vivid designs are possible with these glitters- they're perfect for birthday cakes, and ideal when you want to put on a show. You can splash them on for huge effect, or use them sparingly as highlights, with paler glitters. We do not recommend these are consumed- we supply them for show cakes only. |

 | Non Toxic Cake Glitter- Holographic colours
Our holographic range sparkles with rainbow colours! Each cake glitter has a base colour which you see, but when it twinkles you can also see an array of rainbows sparkling at you!

 | Professional Food Pens
These food pens are a brand new product, and they're one of those things that make you wonder how you managed before they were invented! Containing edible ink, they're supplied double ended with a thick and a thin nib, so you can use them both for detailing and large colour areas. Use them just as a normal pen- watch your spelling!
The ink has been specially formulated to flow through the nib smoothly, and it's food safe and totally edible. It's also suitable for vegetarians, is halal and kosher, and GM free. The ink dries quickly so reducing the risk of smudging through inadvertent contact, and the reverse of the pack has hints and tips for best use. |

We offer a wide choice of cupcake cases and fairy cake cakes. While the definition is a little blurred, we say that cupcake cases are generally larger than fairy cake cases, with top diameters of around 7cm for cupcake cases, as opposed to 5cm for fairy cake cases.
All our cupcake and fairy cake cases come from quality suppliers and in many cases other items are available to match, such as paper doilies, paper tableware, etc, so you can match everything for that special occasion!
