Postal Costs and other information

We charge £2.25 postage for all UK mainland orders. If your order value reaches £25, then post is free. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Post for all orders unless you specify otherwise. Please note that First Class Post is NOT a time guaranteed service- we can also offer a guaranteed next day service using Royal Mail Special Delivery. The costs for this service vary and you can check the total cost by adding goods to your basket, then selecting Special Delivery as the shipping option.

Delivery Times
Royal Mail aim for a 3 day delivery time for mainland UK orders. In our experience, at least 25% of orders do not arrive within this time, and can often be substantially longer. If your order is in any way urgent, please, please consider a guaranteed service! We cannot replace an order delayed in the post until 10 working days have past.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We ship to Europe, USA, Canada and many other destinations worldwide. We offer a choice of Airmail or International Signed For delivery methods. Airmail is cheaper, but not time guaranteed or trackable, or insured. International Signed For delivery is trackable and insured- we e-mail you the tracking number once the order has left us. International shipping is based on the value of the order. To find your shipping cost, add items to your basket, and start checkout. You will see the calculated prices before you commit to pay, and you have the option there to cancel or proceed through checkout and payment.
You can find average delivery times to your location by visiting www.royalmail.com. Please note that you may be charged import duty when your order arrives.

International Shipping Times.
We tend to find that shipping times stated on national mail office websites are optimistic. As a rough guide, your orders should arrive as follows:
Europe: Airmail and International Signed For usually take 7 to 14 days to arrive.
USA/Canada: Orders by Airmail can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, although most arrive in around 20 days. International Signed For can be a little quicker.
If your order is urgent, we can also use a courier such as FedEx or DHL. We have some quite competitive pricing, but as each order is costed separately we will need to know what you want to purchase and your zip code to calculate it. Please contact us with this information if you would like a quote.
